  Description: GUI-based TELNET client w/add-on emulators
        Notes: This is a standed TELNET client program.  It is based
               around the terminal classes in my ArpCommon library
               (available soon for the intel platform), and exhibits
               the major features of those classes: character style
               and color, screen history, add-on emulators.  The
               ArpTelnet application is basically a thin wrapper on
               top of those, and adds just a little additional user
               interface support.

               Enhancements to v1.3 over v1.2:
               - Now available for the x86 platform!
               - Support for character encodings.
               - "Quick Paste" option like Be's terminal.
               - "Swap Backspace/Delete" option.

               Version 1.3.1 is a small bug-fix release from 1.3.
